Lesson 15 – The alphabet

Hello again, I humbly apologize but I had to enter the hospital for some days.
Nothing to be preoccupied about, but it took me time to recover. Here we go for Molly,
the Greek alphabet…, I hope I was not late Molly!

Ξξ Xi  ξι
Οο Omicron  όμικρον
Ππ Pi  πι
Ρρ Rho  ρο
Σσς Sigma  σιγμα
Ττ Taf  ταφ
Υυ Ypsilon  ύψιλον
Φφ Phi  φι
Χχ Ηi (ji por esp)  χι
Ψψ Psi  ψι
Ωω Omega  ωμέγα

ou = oυ (like in word l-oo-k)
ei = ει (like in b-ee)
ai =  αι (like in el-salvador)
au = αυ  (like in af-ganistan)
eu = ευ   (like in ef-fective)
The verb “ime”, I am is writen “eimai” (ei=i, ai=e), but not spelled as “hey-mai” but as eeme (ee like in bee, e like in elephant).
